RAWALPINDI SCHEME

The scheme is situated at Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi. Area Development works has been complted. The Infrastructure Development works have also been completed. This scheme consists of 3156 Kanlas of Land where 2990 plots of different categories are planned to be developed. Out of 2990 plots, 2071 plots of different categories have been allocatted to the members as per entitlement seniority through draws as per following detail:

A draw ceremony for allocation of 1154 plots of different categoreis of PGSH Scheme, Rawalpindi was held on 04.06.2015 at 10:00 am in Al-Hamra Hall No.2, Shahra-e-Qaid-e-Azam Lahore, by the House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee. Allotment Letters to the prospective allottees have been issued.

SECOND DRAW HELD ON 19.08.2016

A draw ceremony for allocation of 504 plots of different categoreis of PGSH Scheme, Rawalpindi was held on 19.08.2016 at 10:00 am under the chair of Additional Chief Secretary Punjab/Chairman House Allocation Committee, at Liberty Castle Banquet Hall, 79-D-1, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee. Allotment Letters to the prospective allottees have been issued.

FIRST DRAW HELD ON 16.07.2017

A draw ceremony for allocation of 413 plots of different categoreis of PGSH Scheme, Rawalpindi was held on 16.07.2017 at 10:00 am in Liberty Castle Banquet Hall, 79-D-1, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore. under the supervision of House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee. Allotment Letters to the prospective allottees will be issued soon.

Third draw for allocation of plots of PGSH Scheme, D. G. Khan was held on 09.06.2017 at 10:00 am at Liberty Castle Banquet Hall, 79-D-1, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore under the supervision of House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) in the presence of prospective allottees.
