Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF) has been shifted from the Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) to the Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department (HUDPHED) through amendment in the Punjab Government Rules of Business 2011, dated 6th August, 2025.

A Draw for allocation of balance plots/houses in the completed schemes was fixed on 31.08.2022 by the House Allocation Committee which could not be conducted due to Stay Order by the Lahore High Court, Lahore. After vacation of Stay by the Hon'able Court to the extent of Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, D. G. Khan and Multan schemes, the House Allocation Committee has fixed date of Draw on 08.09.2023 at 10:30 AM. The venue of Draw ceremony will be intimated later.

The prospective allottees are informed that the Draw for allocation of house/plot numbers which was scheduled on 31.08.2022 has been postponed due to stay order granted by the Hon'able Lahore High Court, Lahore. New date of draw will be intimated after vacation of stay orders by the Hon'able Court.

The House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board has fixed date of Draw for allocation of balance houses/plots (free from any encumbrance) of PGSHF Schemes at Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Khanewal and Sahiwal on 31.08.2022. The last/cutoff date for change of priority of station under Rule 19(3)(b) of PGSHF Rules, 2013 i.e. 180 days before the date of draw, would be 04.03.2022.
The Members are informed that if they desire to change existing priority of station, their application should reach on or before cut off date i.e. 04.03.2022. Applications for change of priority of station received after cut off date would not be entertained for the above draw. However, allotment of houses/plots would be purely on the basis of entitlement seniority determined on the basis of date of retirement and priority of station for each category of members, subject to eligibility under law/rules.

A notice has been issued to all members(except employees of Autonomouse and Local Bodies) to check their contribution from website. If they have deposited contribution and their account is showing zero contribution then they are directed to provide proof of contribution within one month so that their account may be updated accordingly. If they have not deposited any contribution so far and they are still in service, they are directed to contract PGSHF office and deposit outstanding dues within one month. Those members whose deduction has been stopped due to any reason, they are directed to re-continue their monthly deduction.

In case of mon-compliance of above instructions, their membership will be terminated and no excuse will be accepted later on.

The prospective allottees are informed that, due to Covid-19 pandemic and complete ban on indoor/outdoor functions/ceremony, the Draw ceremony will be conducted Online in Darbar Hall, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. The prospective allottees may participate online through Zoom Cloud Meeting or may watch draw proceedings online through Facebook Live Streaming on PGSHF Facebook page www.facebook.com/pgshf.gop.pk. The Meeting ID and time will be communicated to the prospective allottees through official letter. The ceremonies were held under the supervision of House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board in the presence prospective allottees. The computerized draws were conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).

After vacation of stay orders by the Lahore High Court Lahore, the House Allocation Committee has fixed 27.09.2018 as date of draw/balloting for allocation of 85 plots of 5-Marla category at PGSHF Scheme Satiana Road Faisalabad in favour of eligible members as per seniority who have deposited demanded amount during previous draw dated 09.06.2017.
