Answer: Foundation
is a subordinate dependent institute of S&GAD. A Board under
the Chief Secretary Punjab has been devised to look after the affairs
of the Foundation. The Managing Director is the Chief Executive

How one can become the member of Housing Foundation?
Answer: A Government servant may become member
of the Foundation after submitting prescribed Form of the Housing
Foundation within prescribed time period. One time membership was
opened from 26.07.2004 to 28.02.2005 and thereafter, new membership
was closed. |

What are the conditions for being a member of Housing Foundation?
Answer: All permanent Punjab Government employees
are entitled to become member of the Foundation. |

To whom will Housing Foundation allot houses/plots?
Answer: The Housing
Foundation will allocate houses or plots to the member Govt. servants
or to their families as per entitlement seniority. |

How is Entitlement Seniority list prepared / calculated?
Answer: The Entitlement
Seniority list is prepared on the basis of date of retirement or
death or superannuation and priority of the district or station
for each category of members. |

To whom will be allotted deceased member's house/plot?
Answer: Deceased member's house/plot will be allotted
to the family of the deceased member. |
Question:
Will the Foundation construct flats or houses for the employees?
Answer: The Foundation will construct houses for
member Govt. servants, subject to options by the members.. |

What will be the area of allotted house/plot?
Answer: Houses/plots will
be allotted to the members of the Foundation according to their
retirement grade as per following schedule.

Shall I have to deposit monthly subscription directly to Foundation?
Answer: Monthly subscription will be deducted
from the salary of the member as per the scale/grade given below.
The record of this monthly deduction will be reflected either on
your pay bill or pay slip.

You can contribute more than this minimum
amount and are advised to do so, so that there is minimum financial
