The Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF) was registered as an Autonomous Body of Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) which has been transferred to Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department (HUD&PHED) through an amendment in the Punjab Government Rules of Business 2011, on 06.08.2025.
The Board of Directors has reconstituted the House Allocation Committee on 15.01.2026, comprising the following :-
| (i) | Secretary to Govt. of the Punjab, HUD & PHE Department | Convener |
| (ii) | One Director selected under section 4(g) of the Act; | Member |
| (iii) | One Director selected under section 4(h) of the Act; and | Member |
| (iv) | Managing Director of the Foundation; | Secretary |
| A representative of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), not below the rank of BS-19, may be co-opted as member by the Committee where draws are involved and IT intervention is required. |
