Overview
The scheme has two sites. Site-I is at Stadium road, Khanewal and Site-II is near Police Line, Khanewal. Insfrastructure Development works of Site-I and Site-II have been completed. This scheme consists of 502 Kanlas of Land where 683 residential plots of different categories have been developed. Cost of plot (Including Development Cost, PRA Tax and User Charges) is 126,435/- per marla.

Draw - 20 June 2019
A Draw/Balloting ceremony for allocation of plots of PGSH Scheme, Khanewal was held on 20.06.2019 at 10:00 am in Al-Hamra Hall No.1, Shahra-e-Qaid-e-Azam Lahore under the supervision of House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board comprising Senior Member Board of Revenue(SMBR), Secretary HUD&PHED, MD Punjab Education Foundation(PEF) and MD, Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) in the presence of prospective allottees. The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee.
Draw - 7 April 2021
A draw ceremony for allocation of residual plots of completed schemes including 144 Plots of different categories of Khanewal Scheme was held on 07.04.2021 at 11:00 am in Darbar Hall, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore by the House Allocation Committee, under the Chair of Additional Chief Secretary, Punjab. The prospective allottees participated Online through Zoom Cloud Meeting and Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/pgshf.gop.pk. The Zoom ID was sent to the prospective allottees on 02.04.2021 through letters. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee.
Draw - 30 April 2025
After vacation of stay by the Lahore High Court, Lahore on the draw of PGSHF schemes Lahore, Khanewal and Sahiwal, a draw ceremony for allocation of 107 plots/houses of different categories was held on 30.04.2025 at 11:00 am at Al-Hamrah Hall No. 3, Shahra-e-Qaid-e-Azam Lahore, under the supervision of the House Allocation Committee and in the presence of prospective allottees who choose to be present. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of the House Allocation Committee.

Facilitation Center for Transfer of Plots
PGSHF has operationalized Project Director's Office, Khanewal scheme, for the facilitation of members/allottees. Members can complete the Biometric process for issuance of NOC to alienate/transfer house/plot at this Regional Office.
